Refunds and Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items for a full refund, no questions asked. Products should be unused and in original condition with packaging intact.

To start a return, contact our team at support@pupmindlife.com with your order number. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label so there's no cost to you. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it or issue a full refund immediately. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to making things right.
